CAFEPASTE Angels handles the whole collaboration between a venue and a creator: discovery, terms, content approval, tracking and payment.

The collaboration, step by step

Both sides are reviewed — Venues and creators join by application or invitation. Our team reviews each one.
The venue sends an offer — It names the collaboration model, the fee or hosted experience, the content, posting dates and usage rights.
Payment goes into escrow — The venue pays upfront. The money is held until the content is approved.
The creator visits and creates — Content is submitted on the platform for the venue to review.
Approval and payout — The venue approves (or asks for an agreed revision); escrow then pays the creator.
Results are tracked — Tracking links and promo codes show the visits and bookings each collaboration brought.

Every deal uses one of ten models, so both sides know exactly what is expected.

Paid collaboration — A fixed fee for agreed content.
Hosted experience — Complimentary dining, drinks or a stay in exchange for content.
Hosted + fee — A hosted experience plus a cash fee.
Affiliate commission — A personal promo code and tracked link; the creator earns per booking.
Performance-based — An optional base fee plus pay per visit or booking.
Monthly ambassador — A monthly fee for recurring content.
Signature item revenue share — A drink or dish named after the creator, with a share of every one sold.
Content only (UGC) — Photos and videos for the venue’s own channels, without posting.
Event appearance — A fee to attend, host, DJ or bartend at an event.
Gifted invitation — An invitation with no posting obligation.
